This session will cover the types of bankruptcy and filing requirements, how bankruptcy can effect state court proceedings such as foreclosure and garnishment, the potentially parallel paths of loss mitigation and bankruptcy, legislative issues around bankruptcy, and helping your clients through life after bankruptcy.
