MembersHUB – HUD Tenancy

$25.00

Housing Counselors play a prominent role assisting consumers in becoming successful renters by helping clients recognize their rights and responsibilities. The knowledge required to educate potential renters includes reviewing credit, sensible budgeting, and an understanding of lease requirements. Tenants have responsibilities after they move into an apartment as well, such as making the rental payment and doing no harm to the property. Also, there are still many consumers faced with financial issues that prevent them from making their rent payments on time. Delinquency on these payments could lead to rental eviction. You can help your clients create an action plan in case this happens. The DRN MembersHUB provides a fresh look at ways to review this content to build and/or maintain your competency level in this topic to help you with the HUD certification exam. Tuition is $25. Scholarships are not available. A test is required after the webinar to obtain a Certificate of Completion. Only those who log onto the webinar with their personal GTW links via the Internet and who actively participate throughout the session will be eligible to test. Listening only on the phone without logging onto the Internet does not qualify. This webinar will not be recorded but we will make the presentation available to you during the webinar and we will e-mail it to you with the test link after the session ends.
